Rachael is an Administrative Specialist at CRPE. Prior to joining CRPE in 2022, she worked as an office coordinator in the Department of Alumni and Constituency Engagement for Lawrence University and as executive assistant to Professor Michael Coleman in the Clinical School at Cambridge University. Rachael has her BA in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and a Post Bachelors Diploma in Research and Theory from Cambridge University. Her research focused on multicultural young adult literature and its effects on identity and empathy development in adolescents, as well as retraumatization theory and generational trauma.
