Rachael is the executive assistant to Director Robin Lake. Prior to joining CRPE in 2022, she worked as an office coordinator in the department of Alumni and Constituency Engagement for Lawrence University and as executive assistant to Professor Michael Coleman in the Clinical School at Cambridge University. Rachael has her BA in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and a Post Bachelors Diploma in Research and Theory from Cambridge University. Her research focused on multi cultural young adult literature and its effects on identity and empathy development in adolescents as well as retraumatization theory and generational trauma. This research planted the seeds which grew into a passion for equity and inclusion in our schools.
