Carrie Parker, EdD, is co-director of the Multilingual Learner Program at SRI Education, and conducts research to improve learning for culturally and linguistically diverse students. Whenever possible she co-designs her research and technical assistance with practitioners, using an equity lens to reveal inequities and identify opportunities for change.
