Background

Gina Ikemoto (Ph.D.) is an expert in education policy and research and serves as a content advisor for the Bush Institute’s School Leadership Initiative. She recently founded EdRD, which leverages research to inform design, implementation, and scale of effective educational policies and practices. Dr. Ikemoto has over 20 years of experience studying education reforms and has published numerous reports and tools to inform decisions of policy makers, funders, and practitioners at the district, state, and federal levels – particularly in the area of educational leadership.
