Howard Fuller is a civil rights leader, education reform advocate, and academic. Dr. Fuller retired from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in June of 2020 where he is now a Distinguished Professor Emeritus.
Based on a survey and on interviews with superintendents from the nation’s largest urban districts, this study explores the working life of urban superintendents.
