Nadja is the Senior Manager of Special Projects at the Center on Reinventing Public Education. Since 2010, Nadja has spent her professional career developing systems, tools, training, and resources to ensure public sector organizations make data-driven decisions to improve the lives of the populations they serve. She guided decision-making and resource allocation for DC Public Schools, oversaw school quality and accountability for charter authorizers in Indianapolis and later Washington State, and managed data governance for a national nonprofit based in Seattle.
She earned a BA with honors from New York University and an MPA from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Public Affairs, where she was a Syracuse University Graduate Scholar and Maxwell Dean’s Professional Scholar.
She is currently outnumbered in her house in Seattle, WA where she lives with her husband, cat, and two boys.
