Odile Zoungrana, MPA, SHRM-CP, is an operations professional with over 7 years of experience in nonprofit operations, HR strategy, and organizational development. Most recently, she served as Executive Operations Manager at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, where she ensured key programmatic objectives and hiring processes aligned with organizational strategy and mission.
Throughout her career with organizations including the National Domestic Workers Alliance, the NYS LGBT Community Center, NYC’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the National Organization for Women, Odile has streamlined operations through strategic project management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. She is passionate about building operational systems that center equity and align organizational culture with mission-driven goals.
Odile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and African Studies from SUNY New Paltz. She is a SHRM-CP Certified Professional, bringing a data-informed and equity-centered approach to operational excellence.
